Sierra's first car ride

Sierra's first car ride

Sierra – Sierra started her life as a working dog, on a ranch in the Anderson Valley. She is such a Diva; the working dog life was just not meant for her. Instead of guarding the sheep like her sisters, she spent all her time taking long walks to the neighbors and playing with the other dogs. Soon the rancher grew tired of her and the neighbors (Grandpa Carrol and Grandma Carol) fell in love with her, so they whisked her away from the hard life. Grandma Carol, Grandpa Carrol and friends from the Anderson Valley Rescue made it possible for Sierra to live the life as she was meant to live, a life of a true princess.

Sierra would like to invite you to come play with her. She loves the attention and would be happy to give you lots of kisses.

Nyack's first day home

Nyack's first day home

Nyack – Nyack (Little Tiny Ny-Ny) was only 3 weeks old when the nice rescue lady found her being sold out of a pickup truck in a WalMart parking lot. Nyack and her brother were the only ones left from a litter of 6 siblings. The nice rescue lady was so disgusted that the dogs were pulled from their mom at such a tender age that she bought them both. The rancher said he had on means to care for them and they had to go. Nyack mom was a Great Pyrenees and her dad was a neighbor Irish Wolfhound that jumped the fence. The nice rescue lady bottle fed her for the next two months and kept sending pictures. Nyack then made her long trip out her from Tennessee at the age of 7 weeks. She was already exceeding the weight requirements at a whooping 16lbs.

Nyack is the ultimate mudbucket. She will spot a mud puddle from a mile away and race towards it. She loves the rain, mud, dirt, hills, chasing birds & squirrels. As much as Sierra is the petite princess, Nyack is the total opposite. The treat is not eatable unless it has been buried and dug up at least 2 times. The wolfhound in her makes her very talkative she loves to greet every dog that enters the store with a big hello.
